Participation Agreement

This Participation Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing your participation in our programmes. By purchasing and using our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using our services.

1. E-Course Terms

a) Sales Policy: All sales are final for online E-courses. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis if made within the first three weeks of purchase. No refunds are available after the third week.
b) Educational Purpose: The E-course content is designed solely for educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Participants are responsible for consulting with qualified healthcare providers regarding their participation in the Programme.
c) No Guarantees: We do not guarantee that the E-course information is suitable for you or will improve your career, business, or personal life.
d) Content Scope: The E-course content is not exhaustive and may not cover all conditions or situations. References to specific diagnoses or dysfunctions are for informational purposes only and are subject to change.
e) Assumption of Risk: By applying the knowledge from the E-course, you assume the risk that the information may not be appropriate for you or your clients and agree to waive any liability for us.
f) Licence: Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the E-course and associated materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorised copying, redistribution, or publication of the content is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

a) Ownership: All content on our website and E-course, excluding third-party content, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable laws.
b) Usage Restrictions: Our content may not be distributed, downloaded, modified, reused, copied, reproduced, transferred, displayed, reposted, transmitted, disseminated, sold, published, broadcast, or otherwise used without express written permission.
c) Third-Party Links: The E-course may contain references or links to third-party materials. We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party materials and accept no liability for them.

3. Enrolment

a) Account Responsibility: Upon completing the purchase process, you will register with an email and password, granting you one seat in the online training for personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.  
b) Security Breach: You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or any other breach of security.

4. Personal Information

a) Data Protection: Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, any personal information collected from you will be protected.
b) Communication Consent: By enrolling in the E-course, you consent to receive newsletters and communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not share your information with third parties.
c) Class Recordings: We reserve the right to record online classes for educational purposes. These recordings will remain confidential.

5. Medical Advice Disclaimer

a) No Medical Advice: The E-course contains general medical information that should not be considered medical advice and is not a substitute for professional healthcare consultation. 
b) Consult Professionals: You must not rely on the information in the E-course as an alternative to medical advice from your doctor or other professional healthcare providers.
c) Seek Immediate Attention: If you think you may be suffering from any medical condition, you should seek immediate medical attention.  
d) No Delay in Treatment: You should never delay seeking medical advice, disregard medical advice, or discontinue medical treatment because of information in the E-course.  
e) Information Currency: Medical information changes constantly. The information in the E-course or linked websites should not be considered current, complete, or exhaustive.

6. Limits on Exclusion of Liability

This disclaimer emphasises our commitment to providing exemplary health information while adhering to legal and regulatory standards. We provide general medical information, but it does not constitute an alternative to medical treatment. Participants must always prioritise seeking medical treatment when necessary over information obtained from us. 

Under no circumstance shall we be liable for: 

a) Instances of death or personal injury resulting from personal negligence

b) Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation in the course of healthcare operations.

c) Consequences arising from contradictions to applicable health and safety laws and regulations.

d) Ignorance or contradiction to prevailing regulations governing healthcare practices.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with the purchase.
